Royal Court Liverpool has recently undergone refurbishment and there is full disabled access to the stalls level.
The seats that are accessible to wheelchair users are either in the front four rows (A,B,C and D) or on the back row near to the bar or toilets. These can be booked by groups of any size.
If you would like a specific section then please ask when you book and we will do our best to ensure that you are seated in that area. We cannot guarantee seats in a particular area as it depends on the number of wheelchair places already booked and the sizes of their groups.
We now have a lift that provides access to all levels but there is no wheelchair accessible seating in the circle or balcony.
If you have access requirements then we ask that you aim to arrive half an hour before the performance start time to ensure easy access to your seats.
We now have an Assistive Listening system in place (similar to a loop system). We are using Sennheiser Mobile Connect which is an app that can be downloaded to your own phone and you can bring your own headphones if you choose. Click here for more details about the system. If you don’t have a smartphone or need to borrow some headphones then just let us know.
There will be an Audio Described performance and a British Sign Language performance for most shows, please check each show page or call Box Office for details.
Carers tickets will be available for anyone who needs to accompany a customer who is in receipt of PIP, or Attendance Allowance if over the age of 65. For more information please contact Box Office.
Please inform the Box Office of any access needs when you book. The box office number is 0151 709 4321. If you are a wheelchair user you will need to contact Box Office to book your ticket so we can accommodate you plus a carer if needed.
