Café 38 is a great cafe here at the Court which celebrates the year that the theatre was built – 1938.
With teas, coffees and homemade cakes on offer from 11am to 4:30pm* there is always a great reason to call in and take the weight off your feet. We are right next to Queen’s Square and just round the corner from Lime Street so whether you are just in town or waiting to head home take half an hour to yourself and watch the world go by.
We also have a great range of sandwiches and panini to choose from and freshly made soup every day so whether it is a caffeine boost, a quick lunch or a leisurely chat with friends Café 38 has a table waiting for you.
*Café 38 re-opens at 5.30pm for evening performances. On Mondays and when there are no evening performances, we close at 3pm.
