Leave a Legacy

Legacy gifts help to inspire communities across the city through our engagement work.

Help others enjoy Liverpool’s Royal Court by leaving a gift in your will.

Every year more than 200,000 people visit our theatre or perform on our stages. Leaving a legacy is a very special way to help us continue to ignite talent and imaginations of future generations.

A legacy in a will is an excellent way of ensuring that something you care about is supported in the future. Gifts made in this way are invaluable to Liverpool’s Royal Court and allow you to commemorate the enjoyment you have received here over the years.

Liverpool’s Royal Court has been at the heart of Liverpool’s cultural life for nearly 200 years. It has been the home to theatre, music, opera and ballet. The Royal Court is renowned for theatre that is produced in Liverpool, featuring Liverpool actors and written by Liverpool playwrights. Alongside a programme of popular theatre, the Royal Court has established wide-reaching community engagement programmes which are free to access. These engagement programmes provide arts activities to some of the most vulnerable communities in the region, for all ages. We want to make sure that we take steps now to invest in the future of our theatre.

Legacy gifts help to inspire communities across the city through our engagement work, productions and programmes that touch people’s lives in so many ways. So, when the time is right for you, after providing for your family and friends, we hope you think of Liverpool’s Royal Court.

We would recommend that you talk to your solicitor about the types of gifts and how to include a gift in your will.
