Your Visit
Come Dine With Us
If you have booked tickets in the Stalls but haven't pre-booked dining, you can still join us for a pre-show meal or enjoy an interval dessert. Just ask a member of staff when you arrive and we'll do our best to accommodate you. Dining is limited, and we’ll always try to make it work, but on busy nights we might have to say no (with lots of love).
If you have booked a pre-show meal or you are planning to do dine with us in the theatre then you need to arrive at least an hour before the show starts. If you get here any later than that, we can't guarantee that we'll be able to serve you in time and it will be too late to ask for a refund for pre-booked dining.
Sweet treats are available from all our other bars including our brand new QR bar.
Be Our Guest
The show start time is on your ticket. The performance will include a short interval where you can pop to the loo, grab another drink or just stretch your legs for a few minutes.
If you are in the Stalls, our FOH staff allocate seats on the night of the show based on when you book your tickets. You can view our Seating Plan page for an idea of where you will be sitting on the night.
Bags will be subject to searches by our security team. Food and drink (apart from confectionery) aren’t allowed, so please leave them in your kitchen or finish them before you arrive - anything brought in will be confiscated and disposed of. Reusable bottles can be emptied and collected when you leave. Smoking or vaping inside the theatre is a no-go, and laser pens are best left at home. Only guide dogs are permitted inside the theatre. If any of these rules are broken, we may have to ask you to leave (without a refund).
It should go without saying but Do. Not. Use. Your. Phone. During. The. Show. Snapping or filming the show is also not permitted - save the memory, not the footage. Our ushers will be onto you. They have eyes like hawks.
We ask that you think of those around you while you are in the building. Anti-social language and behaviour towards staff or other customers will not be tolerated and will result in you being asked to leave the venue.
We have a zero-tolerance policy on racism. Anyone abusing our staff will be ejected and hate crimes will be reported to the police. Our staff are dedicated to you having the best experience, so please treat them with the same respect they show you.
All our policies are outlined in our Terms and Conditions, so please read these before you arrive at the Court.
