Performances cancelled until 4 January
Covid has struck again
As a part of our Covid precautions we test our cast, crew and staff every day. Unfortunately we had a number of positive tests after the Christmas break and we have had several more, both on stage and off, this morning.
We have been left with no choice but to cancel performances until Tuesday 4 January.
We know that people will have been looking forward to the shows but we have reached a point where we feel that it is the right thing to do for the safety of the cast, crew, staff and audience.
If you have tickets booked for any of the affected performances then your booking is covered by our Covid refund guarantee so, don’t worry, you are entitled to a full refund. If you would prefer then we can move your booking to later in the run.
All you need to do is let us know which date you would like to move to, or request a refund. Simply email [email protected] to let us know and we will process it for you as soon as we can.
All departments have been affected by positive tests so Box Office is extremely busy at the moment as I am sure you can appreciate. There are lots of people who we need to contact so if you don’t get through straight away then please be patient. We will reach everybody but it may take some time to get through all of the calls and emails. Our Box Office team are working hard to return all calls and emails and your money and tickets are safe.
We are sorry to have to cancel these tickets but we hope that you understand the reasons why. We are looking forward to getting the building back up to full capacity as soon as we are able.
Stay safe and well and we hope to see you soon.
